Go to the Settings tab inside the app and scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all pets, quest history, and associated data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Quests detect workouts automatically via Apple HealthKit. Make sure Mariposas has permission to read workout data: go to iPhone Settings → Health → Mariposas and ensure Workouts and any relevant data types are toggled on. Workouts must be completed after the quest week began to count. If a workout still isn't detected, try opening Mariposas to trigger a sync.

Gashapon rolls let you spin the capsule machine to win collectible pets and gear. You earn one free roll per completed workout — any workout detected by Apple Health counts. You can also earn rolls by completing Weekly Quests. Premium roll packs are available as optional in-app purchases.

Drop rates are shown in-app before you spin. A pity system guarantees at minimum a Rare pet within 10 pulls and a Legendary within 100 pulls, so you'll never go too long without something special. Pity progress is visible on the Gashapon screen.

Tap Start a Race Plan on the home screen. Enter your goal race and target date, and Mariposas builds a structured week-by-week training schedule with easy runs, long runs, and rest days. Each scheduled run shows up in your plan — mark them done as you complete them and track your progress toward race day.

Your collection and progress are saved to your account in the cloud (not just your device). Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple or Google account you used originally. If you're signed in correctly and still see missing data, please email us and we'll investigate right away.

Check iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Mariposas and make sure all relevant categories are enabled (Workouts, Heart Rate, Walking + Running Distance). Also confirm that Health is enabled for the device in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices. If Mariposas still isn't reading data, try force-quitting and reopening the app.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and tap "Request a Refund." Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
